Job Specification:

Branch Manager (For Bagmati, Gandaki, and Koshi)

•  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Age: Not Exceeding 40 Years
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Bank & Financial Institutions licensed by NRB.

Human Resource-Officer

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, preferably with HR Specialization or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Age: Not Exceeding 40 Years
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Department.

Assistant Level (For Bagmati, Gandaki, Lumbini and Koshi)

•  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Age: Not Exceeding 30 Years
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bank & Financial Institutions licensed by NRB.

For female candidates, the age bar will be 5 years plus on the above mentioned age bar.
