Job Specification:
- MBA/MBS having at least 5 years of working experience in the capacity of Manager – Sales & Marketing in lubricants and batteries.
- In-depth knowledge of the lubricants market of the Nepal.
- Sound knowledge of Automotive business process.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Highly creative, innovative, out of the box thinker.
Specific Requirement :
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales branches
- Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals
- Prepare monthly plan & budget in alignment with annual plan
- Ensure that the company has adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g., people, material, equipment, etc.)
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
- Represent the company in events, conferences, etc.
