Legal Consultant

Job Specification:

• LLB/BA LLB/ LLM from recognized university
• 2-3yrs of post qualification experience
• Experience of Handling External Engagement with Authorities will be a plus point
• Knowledge of Criminal Code, Civil Code, Consumer Law and Privacy
• Proficient in use of MS- Office Package
• Adept in using digital tools and software
• Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali

Job Responsibilities :

• Proficiently handle negotiation and drafting of Agreements
• Advise on the right solutions for customer productivity, marketing and development strategies
• Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
• Apply Effective risk management technique and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
• Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
