Legal Consultant, 3P Role, In-House Full Time Job

Job Specification:

• Candidate must have Bachelor's Degree Preferably Law
• Candidate must have 2 to 3 years of experience of similar exposure
• Excellent Communication skills i.e. fluent in English and Nepali
• Should have two-wheelers with license
• Very good in execution, quick learner, loyal to duties

Job Responsibilities :

• Liase with and assist external Counsel in the discharge of their obligation to UNL Deep understanding of laws and policies related to Product Marketing, Consumers, e-commerce, Privacy and Data Protection, Draft, amend, review and/or recommend modifications to the FMCG sector or related laws and regulations governing the Company.
• Advise on IPR related matters with a well thought and strategic approach to deal IPR infringement issues
• Delivery and receipt of reponse/submissions and notice respectively from/to the various Regulators
• Drafting letters/presentations to Government offices and Industry Bodies as per requirements and as instructed by the Corporate Affairs Manager
• Adept in Contract drafting and Management
• Prepare, file and plead cases in Commercial Court in pursuit of amounts owned to the Company.
• Advise on statutory compliances
