Account Officer (Debtors/Banks)

Job Specification:

• Bachelor's Degree in management / accounting
• 1-2 years of experience in the relevant position
• Should be able to handle accounts work and deal with related parties (banks, insurance companies, vendors, suppliers, government authority and auditors).
• Good written & verbal communication skills in Nepali and English
• Excellent numerical and reconciliation skills.
• Should be able to finalize financial reports as per statutory and financial requirements
• Should be able to work extra hours on requirements - Should be able to handle work pressure

Job Responsibilities :

• Record all receipts in accounting systems
• Check Bank Statements and notify payment receipt
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements
• Calculate Scheme/Incentive Results
• Issue financial notes.
• Reconcile party balances
• Day to day accounts related works
