Master's in Finance, Banking or Management, with 10+ years of banking or finance experience and 4+ years in credit or risk leadership
Strong knowledge of NRB directives and credit analysis
Excellent decision-making and analytical skills
Lead credit appraisal, portfolio monitoring and risk management. Design credit policies, control NPL levels, report to the Board and Risk Committee, and ensure compliance with Nepal Rastra Bank regulations.
