Job Responsibilities :

The Plant Finance Manager will be responsible for managing plant-level finance operations including accounting, costing, budgeting, inventory control, MIS reporting, and compliance. The role supports financial decision-making and cost efficiency initiatives to drive plant performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day plant accounting and monthly closing activities.

• Maintain accurate financial records and reconciliations.

• Monitor product costing, BOM, and cost variance; prepare and analyze cost sheets.

• Ensure accurate inventory accounting, control, and valuation of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.

• Track and control costs across production processes and identify cost improvement opportunities.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

• Prepare monthly MIS reports and performance dashboards.

• Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and regulatory requirements while supporting internal controls.

• Support procurement and stores with financial analysis.

• Partner with operations and supply chain for financial insights.

• Support Plant Finance Head in ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
