Account Officer

Job Specification:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and reconciliations.
• Manage incoming and outgoing payments, process invoices, and track overdue accounts.
• Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and reports to analyze financial performance.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

Job Responsibilities :

• Bachelor's degree in management, accountancy, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of related experience working in accounting or finance, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
