  • Required Education : Master

Job Specification:

  • Masters’ degree in Management or related field.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors

Job Responsibilities :

  • Completing the tasks and duties assigned during the course of training Period.
  • Establish and maintain good relations with the Clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on new training methods, topics and techniques
  • Review individual and organizational development needs
  • Design e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Help to Plan, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
  • Research on various learning methods companywide
