HR - Manager

Job Specification:

• Minimum Bachelor in Hotel Management with specialization in Human Resource Management.
• Must have a training skill and should be able to conduct departmental training time to time.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience is preferred.
• Must have knowledge of hotel software system (IDS).
• Handling, leading and directing Human Resource functions including recruitment, retention, training & development, compensation, benefits, employee and labor relations.
• Candidates from star hotel working background are highly encouraged.

Job Responsibilities :

• Regular operation comprising of all dimensions of people operation, owners relations & social inclusion through community engagement
• Ensure productive work culture, reengineered organization, introduced workforce planning.
• Overseeing entire HR/Admin function
