Job Specification:
- Minimum Bachelor in Hotel Management with specialization in Human Resource Management.
- Must have a training skill and should be able to conduct departmental training time to time.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience is preferred.
- Must have knowledge of hotel software system (IDS).
- Handling, leading and directing Human Resource functions including recruitment, retention, training & development, compensation, benefits, employee and labor relations.
- Candidates from star hotel working background are highly encouraged.
